You purchase. The student registers. They sleep better at school.
College Wrecks Your Sleep developed the College Sleep Hacks™, an online sleep program for college students. A parent or student buys it, and the student registers with their own email or phone number. Sleep Hacks unlock at a pace the student sets, and reminders come by text or email. Here’s each step:
-
You buy it — once.
$99, one time. No subscription, no add-ons, no account to create. At checkout you confirm the student is 18 or older — the program is for adults, because the hacks go straight to the student and they give their own consent to receive them.
-
We email you the registration code.
Right after checkout, a short email lands in your inbox — be on the lookout for it. Inside is a one-of-a-kind code to pass to the student. It looks like this:
Here’s the code the student needs to start the program:
CWYS-4F2A-9C10-7B3E
Email it to the student in one tap, or copy the ready-made message to text it.
Email it to the student -
You send the code to the student.
The email makes this the easy part: copy the code in one tap, then text or email it to the student. Only they can enroll their own number, so the code just needs to reach them.
One tap copies the code:
CWYS-4F2A-9C10-7B3EThen email it to the student in one tap:
Email itPrefer to text it? The email includes a ready-to-send message — copy and send.
-
The student registers and picks their pace.
They open the link, enter the code, and choose how the College Sleep Hacks™ reach them — by text or email — and how often. One hack at a time, at whatever pace fits their term. No cram session, nothing to keep up with.
-
It’s theirs for life.
That’s it. The College Sleep Hacks, the Sleep Tools, and the Sleep Resources stay theirs — no expiry, no renewal, no upsell.
You send the code. The account is theirs — their answers, no progress reports. Students have the option to notify you upon completion. That’s intentional: a program the student controls is one they’ll actually open, and finish.
Why it doesn’t arrive all at once
The pace is deliberate. A meta-analysis pooling 839 assessments across 317 experiments found that spaced learning consistently beats massed learning — the same material studied across separated sessions, rather than in one sitting, is retained better.
Those experiments measured verbal recall in a lab, not sleep. It is why the program is shaped this way; whether the program works is what the before-and-after assessment measures.
