Refund Policy

Effective: August 13, 2026

We work hard to deliver a comprehensive program — College Sleep Hacks™, Sleep Tools and Sleep Resources — that helps students get better sleep at school, and your satisfaction matters to us. If you or the student isn’t happy with it, we’ll refund the purchase price based on the policy below.

You have 60 days from purchase. That is deliberately longer than the program takes, because the person who buys it is rarely the person who uses it, and a student often doesn’t start the week the code is sent.

Full refund

Full refund if requested within 60 days of purchase and the student has opened 10 or fewer College Sleep Hacks.

No refund

No refund after 60 days from purchase, or once the student has opened 11 or more College Sleep Hacks — whichever comes first. A Sleep Hack counts as opened when the student opens the page, whether from a text link, an email link, or their account.

How to request a refund

Refunds must be requested by the purchaser. Email support@collegewrecksyoursleep.com from the address on the order and tell us briefly what didn’t work. We’ll check the account and process it within two business days, back to the original payment method.

What happens after a refund

Refunds close the account. Access to the College Sleep Hacks, Sleep Tools and Sleep Resources ends when the refund is issued, and the registration code can’t be reused.
