Effective: July 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of collegewrecksyoursleep.com and the College Wrecks Your Sleep program, operated by The College Sleep Score LLC (“we,” “us”), an Arizona limited liability company at 4539 N 22nd St, Suite N, Phoenix, AZ 85016. By using this site or purchasing the program, you agree to these terms.
Text messaging consent is handled separately, on the registration form itself, and is never a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms for that.
The program
College Wrecks Your Sleep is a $99, one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to: 30 sleep-education modules delivered over roughly six to eight weeks, a before/after knowledge assessment, access to four sleep tools hosted on collegesleepscore.org, and an ongoing monthly newsletter. We don’t sell a subscription, and we don’t sell anything else alongside it.
Purchases and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your full card details. Your statement will show a descriptor identifying this purchase; if you don’t recognize a charge, email us before disputing it with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster.
Refunds
If something’s wrong with your purchase or you change your mind shortly after buying, email dave@collegewrecksyoursleep.com and we’ll work it out with you directly.
Eligibility
The blog and product pages are open to everyone. Registering a phone number to receive the text program is for people 18 and older, and a student can only register her own number — not a parent, not a friend, not whoever purchased the program.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site or in the program is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It’s sleep education grounded in published research. If you have a sleep disorder or a health concern, talk to your doctor or another qualified health professional.
Intellectual property
The site, the modules, and everything we’ve written here belong to The College Sleep Score LLC. You’re welcome to link to our pages; you’re not permitted to republish, resell, or redistribute the program content itself.
Acceptable use
Don’t use this site to violate any law, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access another person’s account or registration.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This site and the program are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, The College Sleep Score LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or program.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
